RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Refund Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within a period of fourteen days. This period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example, by mail or email to info@cscarsytle.ch). You can initiate a return by contacting us.

The withdrawal will be considered valid if you send your notification before the expiration of the withdrawal period. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior request.

Under a purchase contract, the buyer is obliged to pay for and accept the ordered goods. Refusing to accept the goods does not constitute an exercise of the right of withdrawal. If the buyer refuses to accept the goods without previously canceling the contract, he fails to fulfill his contractual obligations and is liable for damages. If, upon refusal of acceptance, the order is not returned to our business address, damages amounting to the full purchase price are due.

In the event of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments you have made, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we have been informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days after informing us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. A refund is excluded if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or if parts/accessories or packaging are missing.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon receipt and immediately inform us if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This way, we can analyze and correct the issue.
